As a 15-year global vice-president for two Fortune 100 corporations, I learned the tremendous value of coaching, mentoring and career planning. Frankly, they were the keys to my success. In 2008, I decided to change my own career direction to become a career coach for professionals. My goal is to provide the tools and advice executives need to advance a successful career. I love coaching and the difference it can make for my clients.
I have an advanced Executive Coaching certification from Pennsylvania State University and a Master’s degree in Education. I am also a member in good standing of the International Coach Federation and The Institute of Coaching at Harvard. Through the years many of my articles have been published in various professional journals including The Wall Street Journal.
I hope you enjoy my blog and please contact me about private career coaching at 708-714-0694 or JFexeccoaching@gmail.com.
Work with a peer executive privately on your career opportunities
I am a certified executive coach and a former successful global executive. My clients work privately with me rather than through their human resources team. In this way, our work is very confidential and solely dedicated to your goals.
There are two coaching methods available:
Offsite retreats for 1.5 days in a location you select with follow up video and telephone support for the remainder of a year. This is most appropriate for senior executives.
Three months of one-on-one 90-minute video coaching with certified assessments, introductions and homework. This work is like a short but intense graduate course. This is most appropriate for mid-level executives who have worked at least 5 years professionally.
